Love this dealership. I have been a customer for many years and each year Koons gets better and better. Made a appointment & the earliest they could see me was 5 days from the time I made my appointment, which wasn’t a problem but after waiting 5 days I get to dealership on time and was quoted a price for oil days from the time I made my appointment, which wasn’t a problem but after waiting 5 days I get to dealership on time and was quoted a price for oil change over the phone and when I get there they quote me a price that is $64 higher than over the phone. I wait more then 1.5 hours my car hasn’t even gone in bay, it’s still sitting outside and they still haven’t given me the right price for oil change and say our tech is changing a motor , well why schedule a appointment and make me wait 5 days and don’t know your own prices no one can confirm. They gave me my keys back and all they could say was sorry.. never will go back here, it’s a shame I have to drive 45min to different dealership when they are 5 mins from my house . More
