After finding them on the AutoTrader, my husband contacted them about the vehicle I was looking for. David Roman and my husband spoke the vehicle I was inquiring about. David was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very quick to reply. David set us up an appt to finalize the purchase since we were driving 5 hours away and made the process quick and painless. Gil Amir in finance was great and knew his stuff and very helpful with stuff we weren't aware of. Bob was very friendly and greeted us when we walked in. He was also kind enough to show me how some of the features work on the Forester before we took her home. Our overall experience was awesome and well worth the 5 hour drive down. I definitely recommend this dealership and these wonderful gentlemen too. Thank you all for a great experience. More

And I was happy with the reviews of the new Subaru Crosstrek 2018 Limited. When I decide to buy my car I had already been in contact with David Roman who answered all my doubts and we agreed on the day of the visit. Not having good experiences in the past with car dealers I was very worried, but once I met Hector Lopez I felt at home. There's nothing better than talking to someone who knows their job and is not just there to sell you a vehicle. Mr. Lopez had a vast knowledge of the difference between the Crosstrek models and the Eyesight features that interested me so much. I am an Apple fan and I bleed Apple when I speak. Hector Lopez talked about Subaru the way I talk about Apple. And nothing better than to meet someone who bleeds Subaru. Thank you Hector for the time you took to show the features of the new Crosstrek to me and my wife and Mr. Frisby for making the shopping process a pleasant one. More

I had to leave the vehicle for a few minor repairs and detailing of it. He kept me informed of everything concerning the car. I think he was more concerned about the car than I was, he even went the extra mile to come and pick me up at my residence so that I could pick up my car. If that’s not what good customer service is about, then I don’t know what is. I’m really happy to say that I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the great service I received from Alex Tamer and the dealership managers. Thanks Alex More
