After visiting other dealers we traveled to Orlando to visit Sport Subaru. Our first visit was to look at new Subarus and it was a totally different car buying experience. We met Robert Duran who provided us with valuable information without any pressure to buy. Robert and his dealership did not constantly call or email us afterwards. Once we decided to purchase we visited a second time and met with Robert and Dave Roman. They truly were pleasant and respectful to deal with. There was no pressure to close the deal. Only presenting the value of purchasing from Sport Subaru. We purchased a new Crosstrek on our second visit. Both the Subaru brand and Robert made this a great car buying experience. We truly got the value we were looking for! More

The sales people, while still "sales people", have been a lot easier to deal with, more accommodating, less pushy than those from other dealers in the area, personable, and professional. 2018 Subaru Crosstrek I recently purchased a 2018 Crosstrek from Justin Moore at Sport Subaru, and my experience was fantastic. I was helped right away, and shown multiple I recently purchased a 2018 Crosstrek from Justin Moore at Sport Subaru, and my experience was fantastic. I was helped right away, and shown multiple options for the car I was interested in to make sure I understood and was happy with all options. I test drove the car with Justin, who was friendly and knowledgeable about every aspect of the Crosstrek and answered every question I had. When we went back in to discuss the deal and come to an agreement, I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Justin did a fantastic job of working with me to reach a deal that we were both happy with. I also met Orlando Soto and David Roman, who assisted in the deal and made me feel valued. They were all very genuine and interested in helping me. The only negative aspect was not even related to the dealership or any employees, but instead a temporary computer issue from the DMV. When faced with this issue, the staff did a great job of making me feel at home, offering to buy food and making sure I was comfortable. Liz Cruz, who I completed the deal with, did an incredible job of overcoming the technical difficulties and ensuring I went home happy in a new car. I would definitely rate Justin and the team 10/10 and could not be happier with my new car! More
