New Car Experience I walked in not sure of my intent to purchase a vehicle that day. I had made an on-line inquiry on a Subaru Crosstrek. When I walked in Orlando intr I walked in not sure of my intent to purchase a vehicle that day. I had made an on-line inquiry on a Subaru Crosstrek. When I walked in Orlando introduced himself in a friendly manner. I explained I had made an inquiry with Dave Roman. He immediately went to get David for me. David came out and introduced himself and asked Orlando to assist me. I said I just wanted to talk numbers to see if the purchase was feasible. At no moment did I feel the pressure felt at other dealers. Orlando helped me negotiate the deal, but all to my liking. He seemed more then willing to make it work for me. Needless to say I ended up taking the car home that day and am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. He was friendly, professional and provided superb customer service. Subaru should send a representative to the dealership to learn good practices for other dealerships to use. These two were amazing at making sure everything was in order and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Justin went with me on test drive and finalized all my paperwork. He made arrangements for John Frisby to handle my financial paperwork and then I was ready to drive! All three of these guys were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. No pressure and we even had a laugh or two! Thanks guys!! This is how car buying should be!!! More
