An excellent buying experience! I did not look forward to shopping for a car. My old car was 15 years old, so it was time. I did as much research and looking for what options I wan I did not look forward to shopping for a car. My old car was 15 years old, so it was time. I did as much research and looking for what options I wanted online and in talking with other people beforehand. So I was pretty sure what I wanted in my new car. But it was time to actually go in and check out the car that most resembled what I was looking for. I first had contact with David Roman in Internet sales who patiently dealt with me, sending me information I asked for. Then when I went in to the dealership, David introduced me to Wesley Alcorn, the sales consultant. Wes first showed me the features of the Subaru Forester, took me on a test drive, and had me drive it too. He was not only patient with my questions, but understood that the particular car that we drove was missing some of the features I wanted in my new car. He checked the inventory of the lot, but nothing matched. He also understood that I was not planning on buying that day anyway, as I was on a "scouting mission", and wanted my husband's input before I signed for a car. I felt no pressure on Wes's part, which I greatly appreciated! A car matching my now requirements was found in West Palm Beach, and the dealership had it transported to the dealership at their expense for the next day. Because it was delivered to their sister store in South Orlando by mistake, Wes even went to get it! It was ready to see and it was PERFECT! It had all the features I was looking for down to my number 1 (hard to find) color choice and interior. I'm a happy customer: Not only did I get the car I only imagined, but Wes made it a most pleasant buying experience! Thank you Wes! I appreciate your no pressure to BUY TODAY approach. I appreciate your honesty in dealing with me and I felt comfortable in being honest with you, NOT a "me vs. the salesman" situation. Even though he is somewhat new to car sales, I would highly recommend Wes Alcorn if you are planning on buying a Subaru. More

David Roman responded to my persistent questioning about the new Ascent and was incredibly patient throughout the entire sales cycle. My experience with David Santiago was just icing on the cake. He was able to describe, explain and demonstrate with proficiency all the available driving and safety options on the new vehicle prior to driving off the lot. I've purchased several new cars from various dealers and can honestly say that my experience with Don Mealy Sport Subaru has been the finest of all. More

Extremely helpful and friendly staff I just purchased a new Crosstrek from them and I will have to say that after working with 7 dealers I've found that Sport Subaru was exceptional with I just purchased a new Crosstrek from them and I will have to say that after working with 7 dealers I've found that Sport Subaru was exceptional with their customer service. I communicated with David Roman, the Internet Sales Manager, via text for almost a week with him answering any question or offer and keeping in constant touch yet not pressuring me in any way. It was a far cry from the pushy sales dealers I was working with along side him at other dealers. When I arrived David Roman set me up with David Santiago to work with as it was his day off. David Santiago was exceptionally polite and good with his job and honest with us the whole time, even after I pushed the price a bit more. Even though it was David Roman's day off he still stopped by just to make sure the deal was going to what we planned the night before. They understood that I was 2.5 hours away, around 150 miles. They took this into account and allowed me to deal with most of my negotiation and questions before even coming in. Even though they really did have the best price, I still would have come to them because of how awesome the David's I worked with were. I walked away today feeling that I made a great purchase and that I worked with the best people, and I've never felt that way with the past 2 cars I've purchased at new car dealers. More

Excellent Sales Team When I know it’s time to get a new vehicle I have so much dread....a feeling comparable to getting a root canal but with the sales team at this dealer When I know it’s time to get a new vehicle I have so much dread....a feeling comparable to getting a root canal but with the sales team at this dealership it was not only pain free but a good experience. First we dealt with David Roman, their internet sales rep. I didnt want to have to go into each dealer and haggle prices and features. We reached out to five dealerships telling them our must haves and when we wanted it. David was on top of it immediately. He gaves us the facts... no pressure and no sneaky tactics. We got everything we needed from him to make an informed decision that this dealership was the best for our needs. When we drove up we worked with Trevor Jeffery. He was very nice, low key, trust worthy. He put us in the vehicle they held for us for our test drive, made the process of buying as smooth and quick as possible. Everyone in the dealership was friendly. I highly recommend this team / dealership! More

But I continued to test drive and do research comparing other vehicles to the Outback. 6 months later I took a finale test drive and knew the Outback was it. My husband was sent an email on the very trim and color I was looking for from David Roman. We came out the next day and meet David Santiago-- He was awesome! He went over all the options in the Outback trims and demonstrated the features to make sure I didn't have any questions and was comfortable. The buying process with David and Jonathan Frisby went along as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Both super personable, patient and helpful -- Thank You!!! I love my Outback and tellng everyone to see you all !!! More
