Honda Girl Turned Subaru!!! My day started out going back to Honda to return a leased car and Lease another. Outstanding car buying expereince Everyone I dealt at this dealership was great. I "e-shopped" and "e-negotiated" with a dozen dealerships for the same car. Could have saved myself Everyone I dealt at this dealership was great. I "e-shopped" and "e-negotiated" with a dozen dealerships for the same car. Could have saved myself the trouble, as Mealey gave me the lowest price of all the first time, without negotiation, but at least I know now I got the best deal possible. Unlike the others, they have no dealer fee (ok, just $95 to wash, gas, set up etc - I can live with that, compared to others insisting on up to 10x that much) which helps a lot on price transparancy. Everything and everybody was straightforward and above board. My in -transit car came in 10 days before predicted. When we got to the dealership to pick it up, David S spent a ton of time walking us through everything and test driving until I was sure everything was in perfect working condition. Dave R was the primary internet contact for my deal, and he was great - communicating on everything I requested, and absolutely no pressure or BS from either of these guys. Met Jay over at the service dept. when I had a couple technical questions the Daves couldn't answer (extra points for not just "making something up" guys), and got straight info on exactly what I asked - another great guy. The finance guy I think was pretty new and I don't recall the name (John?), but he was very pleasant to work with as well. Diana D was in the email loop to pick up the communications when Dave was on the phone with other customers, but I never got to meet her. Happy to recommend this dealership for anyone who is car shopping and would rather short cut the usual car sales BS. Thanks to you all! More

Best Dealership in Central Florida! I had a car that the lease was ending, I have visited at least 6 other dealerships looking for a car I liked and could afford. Nothing really caught m I had a car that the lease was ending, I have visited at least 6 other dealerships looking for a car I liked and could afford. Nothing really caught my eyes or felt right for me. Most dealers I went to visit….well just kind of trying to push to get a deal done with what they had on the lot. I honestly talked with David Roman for more than 2 weeks about different cars and prices, not once was he pushy at all. He was VERY patient and extremely helpful, I really could not ask for more from him. I arrived at Don Mealey Sport Subaru. Bob Green was test driving cars with us. I had the poor guy out in 100 degree weather walking around the huge lot and test driving different cars…sorry Bob. Bob never complained or rushed us. After I drove the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek 2.0i Limited I decided that’s the car for me. Now it was time for finance people to take over, like getting teeth pulled right? Not here, Liz Cruz was easy going and a happy all around person to deal with in finance department. Ted Pappas was helping us out the whole time and made sure we were comfortable and worked the final deal with us. I really have to tell you Ted was GREAT. We had to leave after everything was done but waiting to sign one last paper and no one got pushy or panicky like they are losing the sale. It is nice to deal with people that are confident in their product and themselves without being jerks. If you need a new car and have not thought about a Subaru {like me} go test drive one at least. They gave me a great car and a great deal. THANKS ! More

Best Car Buying Experience of My Life I traveled four hours because they had the vehicle we wanted. I thought the reviews couldn’t possibly all be true. How could buying a vehicle be actua I traveled four hours because they had the vehicle we wanted. I thought the reviews couldn’t possibly all be true. How could buying a vehicle be actually enjoyable with a friendly, honest and downright happy dealership team?!? There were so many reasons to make the long drive. Their preowned selection, the quality of their vehicles, the exceptional staff, and their lifetime powertrain warranty. The vehicle we had picked out for my daughter’s first car was as perfect as they had said. They made us an appointment, were quick and timely, the paperwork reflected the aggressive pricing just as we discussed over the phone. At every step, they went above and beyond. I can tell their owners give them freedom to do their jobs well and support them so they love what they do. It showed! They promptly texted me photos of items on the car, put up with my questions like, “what does the inside smell like?” When we arrived, we were greeted by every person we walked past. They offered beverages, snacks and a smile. I am now a customer for life, and will gladly drive here to purchase again. The Don Mealey auto group is the most impressive auto group i have ever encountered. Well done, David Roman, Rey and Jon F. It was actually a pleasure to spend time with you today! My daughter got to witness how car buying should be. Every time. More

Great Experience Based on a recommendation from a friend, my husband and I decided to drive from Northwest Florida to Orlando to purchase a used car from Don Mealy Spo Based on a recommendation from a friend, my husband and I decided to drive from Northwest Florida to Orlando to purchase a used car from Don Mealy Sport Subaru. We were not disappointed. We dealt with David Roman via phone and email before traveling to Orlando, and he was always quick to respond. Between test drives, making a decision, and paperwork, we spend about three hours at the dealership. Jonathan Hernandez was the salesman and Liz Cruz handled the paperwork. I know the goal for all salespeople is to make the sale, but each person's demeanor, friendliness, and helpfulness made an impression on us. It goes without saying that the salesperson should know the product, and Jonathan gave us detailed information with no pressure. And even though we had a glitch or two (our fault) with the paperwork, Liz worked patiently through it all. When Jonathan handed us the keys, he sat with us in the car to explain all the unfamiliar features and made sure there were no unanswered questions before he let us drive away. Having said all that, the main reason I would recommend this dealership is because of the confidence they have in the quality of the cars they sell. Ellen D. More
