This is now our 4th car with Mike Cassidy and Team Delaware. I cant honestly imagine buying elsewhere or from anyone else. I have been shopping for a Lyriq and came across this dealerships eye catching price points and offers all the way from Houston, Texas. Mike quickly followed up with me and gave me a direct line of communication to discuss the Lyriq that was in stock. The logistics were tricky with me needing to fly to Delaware to pick up the car. Mike developed instant trust with his knowledge and customer service. He explained they had a pick up service in Philly at the airport which was a big plus. I quickly was moved to finance where Dave helped me with a blip in my equifax report. Sadly, the car was purchased by another buyer which happens with cars in high demand. I was actually looking forward to meeting the great team at Delaware Cadillac! Mike offered to continue to help me and be a resource. Harry the General Manager shared extremely helpful advice about my future Lyriq purchase. If anyone is shopping out of state and come across this dealership, I promise you are in good hands. They make you feel at home and give great customer service even when it doesn't work out, which says a lot about the people at this dealership in how they do business. More

I was quite happy with them staying after hours for me, but upset about them just throwing 12k milage on my lease without even asking me about milage. I told them I barely drive at all, so 10k would have been more appropriate for me, but they wouldn't change it at all and the other thing we wanted to change was the taxes and tags. We wanted to pay those up front, but again, they wouldn't change that either. They were both talking to me while shoving papers in front of me, saying sign this, sign this, sign this, etc. So I must say that I didn't get a chance to read them! It was all so quick! I should have made them slow down, but it was all so fast!! I am sure they just wanted to get out of there. So did I by that point, but not at the expense of my lease. I will know better next better next time! More
