David Stone has been married to his wife, Kelli, for 30 years. They have two children, Zack and Samantha. David was raised in Bellbrook, Ohio. He enjoys spending his time in church, playing shooting sports, camping, and fishing. His favorite vehicle is his very own 2010 Nissan Titan PRO-4X. He has been in the auto industry for 19 years. Scheduled simple service waited for 3 hours Scheduled simple service which service rep told me shouldn’t take much time (less than an hour). Made a schedule at 8am on Saturday. To schedule at this time on Saturday I had to Wait for three weeks. I was at waiting room for two hours waiting and seeing pretty much all people come and I still got no news from anyone what’s going on with my car. When I checked with a service rep he told me that calibrating keys takes 45 minutes for computer to complete and they are still working on it. I couldn’t understand why they were talking care of other people’s cars that came after me and had no appointments. Unbelievably poor service. If you are not going to follow appointment schedule then don’t schedule them for the god’s Sakes! I honestly don’t know what happened and what’s happening with this dealer. I bought my car here and recommended at least 4 other people who bought new cars from this place. NEVER AGAIN! I’M DONE WITH NEWTON NISSAN! More

Now I drive a Maxima. My daughter’s life was saved by a NISSAN. This dealership is amazing. From my salesman, Kevin Valentine, to the service of David Stone, I have never been more pleased with what has always been a positive experience with both vehicle and dealership. Alex Davis solved an unusual SiriusXM connection issue. Sheryl Morris seems to be everywhere to solve any issue. Collin Gervais is their internet and electronic guru. Today, the service was once again superbly satisfied by Dalton Clark. I have faith and feel secure that they truly place service as a priority, while selling good vehicles s well.
