David called me back within minutes and had me set up for condenser replacement later that morning. He got me in, quickly repaired, and back in my truck by early afternoon. Thank you!! More

If the oil changes are not paid for by the Manufacturer DO NOT USE the Augusta store! They take over 90 minutes to perform the maintenance to raise the price. The 1st oil change that was free was done in 3 DO NOT USE the Augusta store! They take over 90 minutes to perform the maintenance to raise the price. The 1st oil change that was free was done in 33 minutes. This oil change today was 94 minutes. A total rip off. Will NEVER use them again after a lie about performing a free 27 point inspection. More

I have had my 2016 Yukon at your facility on 3 occasions; one for repair, one for a factory recall, and the last (this) time for full service. I thought I would try using Master's for oil, lubes, filter, tir one for repair, one for a factory recall, and the last (this) time for full service. I thought I would try using Master's for oil, lubes, filter, tire rotate and balance. In the.past I used other service facilities, but thought I would try yours based on past workmanship and customer appreciation. Each time Mr. Dave Truitt did an outstanding job seeing that things were done in my best interest. I am sold, you have my business. 2.0 HOURS OIL CHANGE I schedule an appointment for 2 pm for a oil change, and did get out until 4:45. My enclave sat in the service entrance for at least an 1.5 hours, bef I schedule an appointment for 2 pm for a oil change, and did get out until 4:45. My enclave sat in the service entrance for at least an 1.5 hours, before it was even taken back for service. I don't understand the point of making a appointment if you still have to wait around for over 2 hours just for a oil change. I question the service tech, and he stated the appointment time is just a time for you to be there. He also stated it was like going to the doctors, where you check in and just wait and this is not Jiffy Lube. The end result was the oil change ended up being free. But that does not make up for the time I wasted just for a oil change. More

David Truitt superpass himself as he stated did not know if or when they might get the part do tot he strike. He found the part locally, purchased the part and had it installed by Tuesday afternoon. Days without vehicle 3, but he was able to get us a 2019 4 door GMC canyon as a loaner. I would recommend this dealership service department as they have always gone the extra mile for my family. Mr. Truitt is truly and extraordinary service manager who cares about his clients and does everything within his power to take care of them. Mr. Truitt should be given a bonus or some achievement award as he is truly the reason we go to this dealership for service. More

From Roscoe Peace salesman , the service manager Eddie Overby and finance Keith Stone was the most professional, willing, friendliest , educated , and most of all the best customer service EVER !!! I have never felt more at ease and relaxed as I did at this dealership !! Cudos to all involved in this sale!!!
