Frances was great, she was very patient with me as I mulled over ever trim line, test driving each one. I keep my cars for a long time so technology had changed a lot since I bought my previous car. I set the appointment for about a month after I purchased the car, which gave me a chance to learn some things and to write down questions as I came across them.
