Excellent experience from beginning to end. Dean was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly and was not pushy at all - giving the time to the customer to ask questions and review well a Dean was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly and was not pushy at all - giving the time to the customer to ask questions and review well and calmly the options. Susan was terrific in explaining and showing how the car works - it was a pleasure. And the finances part with Erik also went smoothly. Left the store in pouring rain - with my new car dropped just outside the door so we wouldn’t get rained on and people waiving and being very gracious with directions how to exit the store.👏👏👏👏 More
