The Performance Center Driving Experience at the BMW track was an amazing and informative experience on the capabilities of BMWs! It was a pleasure working with Dean, our Client Advisor, valuing his product knowledge, open and low-pressure manner, his advice on features, and advice on the Performance Center Delivery. Dean made sure everything was coordinated between management, our insurance, title, factory, and Performance Center. I thought the final deal price from Ric was very reasonable. Thanks. We have been customers at The BMW Store since 2006, buying our first preowned BMW. Since then, we have bought two new cars, and all our service at this dealer. The service advisors are knowledgeable and give trustworthy advice on maintenance. Assume the mechanics and other staff are equally knowledgeable and focused on meeting customer expectations.
