When the Telluride was brought in as a total loss, not all repairs were approved initially, and some were completed later once parts could be ordered. During that time, we did provide a loaner vehicle at no charge to help minimize the inconvenience. We understand your concerns regarding the drifting issue and regret that this has left you dissatisfied with your experience.
