As a 5 time vehicle purchaser I would like to see the sales and service offer some kind of customer appreciation discount. Don't seem to even recognize returning clients which is something I'm surprised sales and service offer some kind of customer appreciation discount. Also, very few if any new Escalades on the lot to choose from. If we had another Cadillac dealership locally I would be inclined to try them out after being a 20 year customer. More

During a subsequent revisit to the dealership, I ran into Declan in the used car area where he was handling multiple customers, and he went inside to ask for another salesperson to help us, which was the same person from months ago, and we had an even worse experience than the first time. I then decided to request an appointment directly with Declan, and the rest is history. I know it's not me, as I recently learned friends of ours had equally disappointing experience with the same salesperson we had tried to work with. More
