It's clear from the outset that they are customer focused, straightforward, and want to earn your business on the sales side, and then work hard to take care of you on the service side. Karen helped us with our most recent purchase and we couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. Buying a car can be an unnecessarily stressful process and for many customers the typical way dealerships operate (high pressure, disingenuous pricing schemes, and incessant follow ups until you purchase) put people off to the process entirely. Silver Spring BMW understands what customers want (no pressure, honest and fair pricing, and great communication) and for that reason, I will continue to give them my business. More

PS upon receiving my car back, I noticed what a good wash job someone did. That is special since most places leave water spots and or don’t note that your car was cleaner when you dropped it off.
