Derek and I spent about 4 to 4 and half hours together working on a trade/purchase package. For the first time in my life, I actually had fun buying a vehicle. These folks at Heritage are the cream of the crop! The Tip of Top! The Bees Knees! The epitome of customer service! My salesperson Derek Blood was nothing short of amazing. He listened to my needs to help me pick the best car for me, set my expectations right from the beginning, walked me through all of the details of the car, he discussed the options to meet my needs, the delivery date and everything. This car was on back order, but Derek kept me up to date on every development as it happened. Conor McQuade, the manager who helped with the pricing, was more than reasonable, understanding and helpful in explaining all of my options. I felt like I got a great deal and they made a buck too (win win). Patrick Helped with the financing and even got the car registered for me...
