We have done everything possible, including bringing in service representatives directly from Mazda to look at your vehicle on two different occasions and they also came to the same conclusion as our technicians. You did receive a refund for your apple car play and reimbursement for your gas, we felt that was just the right thing to do. Our replacement offer still stands if you decide to upgrade to the newer model that we discussed, just let us know.

Yes, he did. Derek is contacting the Mazda service rep on Monday to get a technician sent out to the dealership directly from Mazda also. It is a very good idea to start a file with Mazda - then they can add the information that the Mazda technician finds. In situations like this it's really important to have a record on file with the manufacturer, they use this info to develop recalls and campaigns. The more customers and dealerships they hear from regarding a specific issue, the quicker they can work to find a fix. I know it's been a frustrating situation. We truly have your best interest at heart and want this resolved just a badly as you do.
