He didn't push anything on me but was able to give me a very clear sense of different trims on the model I was look warm, honest and very attentive. I did not have an option to explain why I’m giving Stephenie a two rating, she flew through all the paperwork and gave us the feeling of being totally rushed. She was not pleased at all when we didn’t use any of the extended warranty we had asked her to give us a paper on our warranties and she said I would get them when the car was delivered which however was not the truth also she put down another price for my down payment in which you now owe me $25.00.
