Was looking for a X3 m40i and saw that BMW of Crystal Lake had the vehicle I wanted on order….spoke to Ralph and he made the process easy….flew in from Detroit and Ralph had a driver (Devon) waiting for Lake had the vehicle I wanted on order….spoke to Ralph and he made the process easy….flew in from Detroit and Ralph had a driver (Devon) waiting for me at the airport.
