Just had a very unpleasant experience with this dealer. I negotiated an OTD price with an internet sales person that I was happy with. So we went there. We were then handed over to another salesperson (Don't negotiated an OTD price with an internet sales person that I was happy with. So we went there. We were then handed over to another salesperson (Don't wanna mention names here) who processed my check and credit card payment. While we were waiting for the finance, we were told that we have to pay $250 more due to an error they made in calculating the offer. We declined, so we had to cancel the payment and walked out wasting 3 hours. I don't know if this is the way they do business, but it seemed to me that they have an internet sales person to get you in the door , and then there's another sales person to raise the price. I'm very disappointed. No more business with them. More
