I have to say, Howard is the type of car dealer I would want to "deal with" again. No pressure, had a car ready for me to test drive, and we were able to make the purchase happen! Another pleasant experience at Treasure Coast Lexus I was at the dealership to have my 2015 RX350 serviced and walked out with thoughts of trading it in for a 2017 RX350. I returned 4 days later, and drove home in the 2017. Carlton Duncan made the process painless and Dianne Spencer gave me probably the best "tech lesson" I've ever had when buying a new vehicle. I was in search of a new/different vehicle, and after much searching I decided to call TREASURE COAST LEXUS. 'Gary' took my call and I explained to him what I was looking for. At first, the dealership di much searching I decided to call TREASURE COAST LEXUS. 'Gary' took my call and I explained to him what I was looking for. At first, the dealership didn't have a used vehicle that matched what I was looking for... then Gary, thinking 'outside the box' said, "Hold on a minute. We have loaner vehicles that we lend out to our customers having work done on their vehicles. I believe there IS a car that fits what you're looking for, and it's about to become available for sale." The next day, my husband and I made the trip up to TREASURE COAST LEXUS, met Howard - my Salesman, and Gary - who turned out to be the General Manager of the facility. We test drove the car, (LOVED it), and were able to work out a financing deal. Car purchased! But that's not where the story ended... when we came back to pick the vehicle up, we were introduced to Dianne (the Lexus Technology EXPERT) who gave us an in-depth lesson on the vehicle's capabilities. She took her time, answered all of our questions, and assured us that we can reach out to her ANY time. The next few days, I received text messages of "thanks" from Howard, just checking in to see if we were happy with the purchase, and offering his services in the future if we need him. We ALSO received a handwritten thank you note in the mail from Dianne - which was super sweet - thanking us for our business and letting us know SHE was there for us if we need her. ALL-IN-ALL... a fantastic dealership. They kept telling us that we were now 'part of their family' at Treasure Coast Lexus, and I feel it! More
