I was helped along the way and even when I came across some difficult situations in pricing I was able to achieve my final goal. Rick in Technical Service went above and beyond teaching me how to use the vehicle. Bravo ! You are doing a Great Job! I went to all the dealerships on the Treasure Coast seeking the best buy and the best car for me. I have owned two companies and I know when a company I went to all the dealerships on the Treasure Coast seeking the best buy and the best car for me. I have owned two companies and I know when a company is successful in meeting the needs of the customer. My experience at the Lexus Dealer on US1 Fort Pierce was the best. Gary Mariarossi, the General Manager has built a team of caring professionals who are extremely knowledgeable and attentive without hovering or pressuring. What he has accomplished is extraordinary. In a field that is known to be competitively aggressive, he has a deep understanding of the customers he serves. His actions and words showed to me that he has taught his team that we can compete without using pressure tactics. What I felt was that each employee is committed to work together to do the right thing for me, the customer. Without saying a word their actions showed to me that they were all committed to finding the best car with the best price. Daphne Hecko, my salesperson, really listened to my needs, followed through and got answers to all my questions with warmth while patiently sharing her knowledge. Anthony Burruano is a genuine professional and attentively brought the best price for the car that I wanted. Although I have a smaller size car which I really wanted, it has real 'zip and go.' Steve Kritikoss guided me through the financing with professional advice that I appreciated. Marc Jean is a superb teacher. My Lexus is the state of art electronically and my learning curve was guided by the patience of Marc who patiently instructed me. I even went back for a 'tutorial' and met another teacher, Rick Russel who was also attentive, patient and warm. I was introduced to Dianne Spencer in Service and was made to feel that the entire staff works as a team of professionals who genuinely not only like working together, but also have the same desire and goals to do the best for the customer. Even when I went back for a car wash, a young man in parts helped me to select the rubber mats for my car. He installed them with a smile and genuine good cheer. From the moment I walked in Gary greeted me with warmth and from then on I was warmly introduced to one employee after another who had the same high standards of sharing graciously their professional knowledge without any pressure or forced salesmanship. Gary has created a family of professionals who are committed to bring the best of Lexus to meet the needs of the customer. It was a genuinely great experience and something that I did not experience at the other dealerships. More
