Satisfied Out of State Buyer I found BMW of Westlake through an online car website because they had a specific BMW model that I was looking for. I live out of state, but I was able to work with Steve by email/phone to arrange payment ahead of time and then I flew out to pick up the car. Dirk picked me up from the airport and after my paperwork was done, he walked me through all of the car's features before I drove off. The entire process only took about an hour and Steve, Dirk, and everyone else at the dealership were great to work with! More

Ken Delk and his team helped us make sound decisions on options and savings. I started with a small 3 series in 2011 just to see if I would like the drive. I had the 4 series after enjoying the 3 series. Now I am on to the 2018 540 i series and loving it with an add on 2017 340 i for my son ! I am looking forward to working with them again after three years and refer friends in the meantime. More
