Fred Palmer is always the first person I call when it is new vehicle time and he has been involved with every vehicle I have leased from this dealership. Our latest purchase is my wife's daily driver. Fred and Jerry Mancini provided us with multiple test drive opportunities while helping us select the right vehicle to accommodate our needs. Once we made our choice, they ordered and delivered the new vehicle with astonishing speed. The lease return process could not have been easier and Product Genius, Dirk Steffen made sure I didn't drive off the lot without being completely comfortable with all the features of our new vehicle. Another great experience. I'd also be remiss if I didn't give a mention to Cassie Thadeus, who has provided my wife and I with "top shelf" treatment during service visits throughout our multiple BMW ownerships. More

John Redden was great to work with and always e-mailed or called promptly whenever I had questions or needed additional info. He even drove to the Audi dealership to pick me up after I dropped off my leased car. There were no surprises with the transaction and no undue pressure from Mike in Finance to purchase any add-ons that weren't needed. I would highly recommend working with this dealership and I would do so again even though this was a 2 hour drive for me to get there from Columbus. More
