Great experience with Reggie, terrible experience.with Kelly Met with and started experience with Dimitry Gumanov but was looking for new car and then worked with Reggie, realized that I bought my TSX from Reggi Met with and started experience with Dimitry Gumanov but was looking for new car and then worked with Reggie, realized that I bought my TSX from Reggie in 2011. Dimitry Betaboki assisted with syncing my phone book. As for Kelly, it was a terrible experience and would not purchase another car at Jackson if I had to work with Kelly (this is my third Acura from Jackson). Kelly could barely complete documents, blamed on new software; example, misspelled name, inaccurate ad valorem document she wanted me to sign anyway stating it was Jackson's problem if amount incorrect. I insisted she correct and reprint. She insisted I sign off on "delivery" document when I had not turned over chech (paid in full). Had to return to bank for another cashiers check since she initially said to sign check. My transportation left so Mike in sales loaned me a car. When I returned with new check Kelly kept me waiting 10 minutes while she was on a personal call, then said "are you waiting for me?." I had been standing outside her door with the check in my hand. More

Professional salesman and staff Wow. After some horrible experiences at Shottenkirk Honda and another Acura dealer, we drove way out of our area to see a 2015 Acura RDX CPO that woul Wow. After some horrible experiences at Shottenkirk Honda and another Acura dealer, we drove way out of our area to see a 2015 Acura RDX CPO that would be my daily commuter. Greeted by Dmitry who was very pleasant. Michael Weist was completely professional, considerate, and demonstrated the features if the car. He was relatable, but also full of class..as what seemed to be the entire experience all the way to Kelli the finance manager. I would recommend anyone to this dealership.. seem honest, no pressure, and because of that, made a sale. Thanks Michael and Kelli! More

Updated - Buying experience was good. Follow through poor. We were car shopping and happened to sit down next to a guy at lunch who said to go see Reggie at Jackson Acura. We stopped in and ended up walking ou We were car shopping and happened to sit down next to a guy at lunch who said to go see Reggie at Jackson Acura. We stopped in and ended up walking out with a beautiful 2019 Acura MDX. Great experience, good deal and we love the car. Reggie and Jackson has a high focus on delivering a great customer experience and we’re straight forward and above board when negotiating. Based on this experience alone, we very well may be Acura converts for life. Update - Unfortunately, things have unraveled a bit. Service we were told was so good to add the options that were part of our negotiated price has been really poor. We’ve spent days with multiple trips to the dealership to have options added and fix a taillight. First trip it took 2 days to discover no work was done. Took it back to discover taillight was not ordered and to have the wrong bumper protected (2 hours wasted) and still no return phone call from our sales rep to resolve. More
