The dealership is clean. The staff is nice and personable. I was not happy with my service appointment. I purchased new tires and upon leaving my mileage was very off. Despite all of the explained to me excuses, when expensive prepaid warranty tires are purchased and allowed to be installed by the dealership (expensive again) processes need to be correct. The mileage on the exit ticket should match the start date of the warranty of the tire. When I asked a staff about an alignment they claimed it was included with the tire install, which is incorrect. My rims appeared more scratched up where they slid the tire on with tool and excess grease was left all over the tire and rim. I like this Nissan, but I am losing faith in it's treatment of women. I hope to see better. More

Town center is a great family business that make you feel safe....the sales team talk you through purchases and not use gimmicks to manipulate you to get a car. I believe they are fair. I say they are a family business, because that i how i feel when I am there. They talk to you and acknowledge your presence to each person they see. I am glad I purchased my car through them. More

They do not listen when you tell them that your vehicle is having problems, extremely dismissive and wait for your vehicle to be out of warranty and then listen and tell you there’s something wrong but can is having problems, extremely dismissive and wait for your vehicle to be out of warranty and then listen and tell you there’s something wrong but can’t figure out what and now you have to pay for a new engine. I have already spoken to the manager of service department. 1- I had an appointment at 8 AM to get my oil changed. Tires rotated and new windshield wiper blades. The car was not done until 11:15 department. 1- I had an appointment at 8 AM to get my oil changed. Tires rotated and new windshield wiper blades. The car was not done until 11:15 am . That’s not acceptable. My time is very important. Why would I make an appointment and it takes three hours and 15 minutes? 2- I paid for VIP for two years of maintained service and I was charged for the service. I had no idea I was not supposed to be charged until my adult children looked at the bill .. how many other people are paying extra for service and still being charged? I did speak to the manager and he did refund money.. I also requested a technician inspection report and did not get one even after I told the manager. 3- the windshield wipers that were replaced on the car were not the correct ones. I had to come back to the dealership the next day and get them changed out.. thank goodness it was not raining or else I would not have been able to see out my windshield . that is a big safety issue.. I assume the technician would have made sure the windshield wipers worked before returning my car after three hours and 15 minutes. I am very unsatisfied with this service and my plan is to go to Marietta Nissan for any future service needs. More
