The people of Crown were friendly and respectful. I had to make three trips into town, first one for paperwork, second one to pick up truck, and third to get front license holder and plate installed. The third one, they put a temporary La. tag on my truck. I called my insurance company and was told that they would not cover my vehicle without NY plates on the truck. So I had plates on it, but no registration for it. So now I have driven to Myrtle Beach, SC with no registration. Donald Hartman (Duck), and I have been friends for many years. When I needed a new truck it was a no brained…I called Duck! Boy, I’m glad I did. I bought a new truck at the worst time possible. No one had new vehicles at that time, in September, last year, but Duck found a way to help me. I was leasing a Lexus GX 460 at that time and I had wrecked the back pretty bad. I just new I was stuck. While we were evacuated from hurricane Ida last year I bought a camper hoping to bring it back home, but the Lexus was not a good towing vehicle. I tried shopping new trucks in Houston, but no one was willing to help me with a decent deal. We towed the camper home slowly, and when I finally got home I called Duck. He told me to bring it in, and he would see what he could do. The next day I went and saw Duck, and after telling me I’m looking for a new truck at the worst time possible…there were only a few trucks available. This was September of 2021, and no one had vehicles. Still, he was able to help! He got me out of my wrecked lease without me taking a beating, and then found me the perfect GMC truck at the worst possible time. I couldn’t believe the deal I got with Duck’s help!! I highly recommend anyone looking for a great deal on a new vehicle to call Donald Hartman (Duck). Especially if you have complicated issues!! Thanks Duck, Kenny Trahan More
