Purchase of 2018 Expedition I have recently purchased a 2018 Platinum Expedition from Phil Long Ford. As I am currently living in CT and moving to CO, I worked with Raquel Nieto I have recently purchased a 2018 Platinum Expedition from Phil Long Ford. As I am currently living in CT and moving to CO, I worked with Raquel Nieto via phone and internet. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She ordered my vehicle and kept me updated on build and delivery. When I arrived to purchase my vehicle the entire staff was professional and courteous. The experience was very efficient. My vehicle was prepped and ready and Raquel was so helpful in explaining the features of the Expedition. I would highly recommend this dealership and Raquel Nieto. More

He Projects honesty ,caring and works well with customers in all Situations. I do recommend him when ever possible. Don is also a good service advisor as well. Service I called. You took my Explorer in within the hour and had it fixed in two days after another local dealer delayed for two months with no repair date I called. You took my Explorer in within the hour and had it fixed in two days after another local dealer delayed for two months with no repair date in sight.
