Everything up to this point has been great, recalls were taken care of by the afternoon. Didn’t get the grinding in the IWE taken care of yet as they needed to order parts. I am waiting for the call on the arrival of the parts to get that issue resolved. I worked with Don in the service department and he was great, professional, and easy to work with. so far great experience. More

Joe Rocks! Service, Not So Much. I've been going to Joe Johnson for 2 years for my car purchases. He consistently treats me with the respect of a friend. I have nothing but praise f I've been going to Joe Johnson for 2 years for my car purchases. He consistently treats me with the respect of a friend. I have nothing but praise for him. The service department, however, as routinely taken more than one attempt at fixing issues on my truck. My Service Writer Don is amazing. It's the techs that leave a lot to be desired. Just this week I came in with an aweful noise that I thought was the turbo. After picking it up, I only had to drive ? of a mile to realize it was never driven to confirm the fix. It was only when the shop foreman got involved that the problem was identified. It took him 5 minutes and a $4 part to correct the problem. Take time to do it right once, or you'll waste time doing it twice - and xxxx off your bread and butter. More

Great Car Buying Experience I drove to Phil Long Ford upon the recommendation of a friend who purchased there a few years ago. I was warmly welcomed by one of the sales people B I drove to Phil Long Ford upon the recommendation of a friend who purchased there a few years ago. I was warmly welcomed by one of the sales people Brad White who I had an appointment with. He helped me over the phone first and we went over some of the inventory they had. The SUV I was looking for was on the lot and fairly priced. I had a great buying experience and never felt pressured. Brad helped me make an informed decision and I couldn't be happier. As I am currently living in CT and moving to CO, I worked with Raquel Nieto via phone and internet. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She ordered my vehicle and kept me updated on build and delivery. When I arrived to purchase my vehicle the entire staff was professional and courteous. The experience was very efficient. My vehicle was prepped and ready and Raquel was so helpful in explaining the features of the Expedition. I would highly recommend this dealership and Raquel Nieto. More
