Stuff in the service department was pretty efficient and very courteous they made sure I was taken care of. I like to shuttle service. Walker Ford is our go to for both our vehicles and we have been pleased with the service and work, until this time. The exact repair that cost me $450 was done by Walker service just over a year ago. I w have been pleased with the service and work, until this time. The exact repair that cost me $450 was done by Walker service just over a year ago. I was told, sorry but our work warranty is 1 year. Put yourself in the consumers place...really! It is hard to swallow that the exact same repair was needed again in just over a year for something Walker service was suppose to have fixed. So, what am I to do? Am I to assume every 14 months or so this same thing will break...hummm. Staff is always a pleasure to work with, very courteous and professional. It just seems something is wrong here. More

Had a transmission problem on my Explorer that made it undriveable. I was to leave on vacation in a few days.
