I can summarize my experience with W&L Subaru in 3 words--professional, transparent, and honest. They gave me a great car at a great price. In the process, I never felt I was being pressured to purcha words--professional, transparent, and honest. They gave me a great car at a great price. In the process, I never felt I was being pressured to purchase additional things I never needed. They were very transparent about how much I would need to pay in addition to the base value of the car (e.g. state tax and government registration fees). It was started with an email to which Donna Gallo kindly responded. From there she scheduled an appointment for me with Curt Reid who took care of the rest. Shaunda professionally handled warranty and signing of forms. The premise in general was spacious and clean and not crowded, so I felt less anxious at the height of this pandemic. This was BY FAR the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! No back and forth games was the thing we appreciated most! Also the van was cleaned perfectly, filled up completely with gas and ready for us to take home. On another note, we adopted two children with special needs. They both have Down syndrome and our son has autism in addition to the Down syndrome. The playroom available made things so much easier and made our evening enjoyable! Thank you W&L Subaru for having nearly perfect customer service when no one else seems to give it a second thought!!! We appreciate you and will be sure to tell others! More
