Jason has the emotional stability of a hormonal teenager, which once resulted in about 15 back-to-back phone calls, without as much as a message as to who was calling. When I finally picked up his temper exploded. He's really not fit to be in a customer facing roll. Mike, on the other hand is simply a self serving, spineless, liar. He'll muster up just enough credibility to get you to agree to to a deal, only to obfuscate the actual terms, or flat out lie. It's likely they submitted a falsified loan application on my behalf. Just run from this dealership- there are plenty of other places to buy a VW that won't end with attempted intimidation, threats, and costly unfulfilled promises. More

Cars are either in the showroom, scattered throughout the parking structure or at an offsite garage. But the sales staff is very open and honest and the prices are always fair. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership and I'd highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great car at a great price. I travel 40 miles and fight Chicago traffic to get to them, but the experience and savings make it well worth the trip. Great people and great service! More
