The day of the purchase the agent was very helpful and did not apply a lot of pressure. I probably could have gotten a better deal at CarMax or Carvana but wanted the certified Lexus program on the car did not apply a lot of pressure. Over nearly 20 years I have purchased or leased many cars and SUV’s from Northside. Five years ago I retired and we moved to Puerto Vallarta, MX. No Lexus dealership here, but we are hoping! Recently, a d and SUV’s from Northside. Five years ago I retired and we moved to Puerto Vallarta, MX. No Lexus dealership here, but we are hoping! Recently, a dear friend fell upon hard times and I called Northside Lexus and talked to Lance Williams about help finding a quality used vehicle we could buy for this friend. Lance had Donnie Holcomb do searches and call me back the next day with several. reasonable fits to our criteria. The rest they say is history. Not only did Donnie go out of his way to handle the sale, he delivered the “certified” used car to our friend on a Saturday morning because it was cold and raining. That is just another example of above and beyond service at Northside Lexus. More
