Was able to finally get the deal completed with Andrii. He was excellent and profesional. Dealer was busy he kept us entertained and was pleasant to deal with. Very laid back and patient. Let’s start with the good... the dealer doubles Hyundai’s 10 year/100,000 miles warranty with the purchase of a new Hyundai or Genesis vehicle. The representative that helped me with the entire process is Ni 10 year/100,000 miles warranty with the purchase of a new Hyundai or Genesis vehicle. The representative that helped me with the entire process is Nikolai. The man deserves a promotion or a raise at the very least. He is truly a professional that cares about customers and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, the sales negotiation was a nightmare. The sales manager (Donovan) tried to sell me the car over $1,000 above MSRP when the internet price was over $2,000 below MSRP. He then made a “mistake” in the appraisal of my trade in which would have resulted in a loss for me of $1000, if I had not paid attention. To make matters worse, he then proceeded to give me a low-ball offer for my trade in even after showing him the Kelley Blue Book appraisal. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealer, ask for Nikolai. The man will treat you like a valued customer should be treated. Just pray you get a sales manager that actually cares about the customer experience and is not just looking to rip people off. More

I absolutely MUST acknowledge both Donovan Jaehrling and Claude Toussaint for stepping up and handling a situation that was ready to become a most upsetting transaction. This involved the return of a leased Claude Toussaint for stepping up and handling a situation that was ready to become a most upsetting transaction. This involved the return of a leased Hyundai with a complicated story. Calls were made prior to showing up at Hyundai Ft. L. so we did not randomly just choose this location, we had a confirmation # and a contact. We were not aware our contact was on vacation when we arranged to bring the car over. At 9am on a Friday, unfortunately no one was available to help us at that time, so we left the car and my husband returned mid-day; sadly the person who initially wanted to help REFUSED to help once he received a bit more information and could care less of the confirmation #, the fact we had a POC, and the extenuating circumstances which brought us here.. He literally said, drive 5 miles up the road to another dealer. In returning for a third time that evening to pick up the car, we made one more attempt and we were blessed to encounter Donovan and Claude. They have literally restored my faith in humanity. They politely listened when I approached ready for a fight. They reacted calmly and willing to help. These gentleman both truly represent Rick Case in a most honorable manor, these are the people you want representing your business. We were in no position to make another deal at this very moment, however when the time is right, they will be the people we seek to work with. I am conflicted to give the dealership only a 3 stars but you can thank your Lease manager for the lower rating - I will not name him in this review as I will be sending a separate special review/ corporate complaint regarding him. Many thanks to Donovan and Claude, you did the right thing and it is appreciated. I do apologize again for my initial approach - 2 wrongs do not make a right, you were both the better persons here. I've had nothing but the best service each time I've gone to the Service department. I'm really paronad when the warning lights comes on and I just stop by and they reassure me it's ok and they will take car to the Service department.
