I would never again recommend buying a car from this dealership. The Salesperson, Donroy, was friendly and helpful. The dealership provided a solid deal on the price of the car. However, when I finan dealership. The Salesperson, Donroy, was friendly and helpful. The dealership provided a solid deal on the price of the car. However, when I financed the deal, working with Eddie Acosta the business office, he added gap insurance without even consulting me. Then he put two additional points on top of my loan rate, raising it from 5.5 to 7.5%. Within a few days after purchasing, the car would not start in the cold weather. I called the dealership right away, and explained the trouble, but never received a call back. So I called again, and was assured they would check on the issue and return my call, but I they never called back - never stood behind their sale. More
