Wendel was professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire buying process. I didn’t feel pressured and didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me. Generally speaking, I still think that buying a car should be a faster process (I was at the dealership for more than four hours - I’ve spent more money on other things in a much shorter amount of time). Our experience at Sport Subaru was top notch. We purchased a 2025 Crosstrek. We inquired late on a Saturday afternoon, drove to the dealership and by 8pm we were on our way with a great new car. What a wonderful dealership! We drove past multiple other Subaru dealerships to work with Kris at Sport. Kris was professional, personable and kind throughout the entire process. My dream car wasn’t on the lot yet, so he located one in transit, and followed up with me to let me know where it was during the delivery process. When it did get there, he called right away and we set up a day I could come pick it up. I was surprised by a giant red bow on my new Subaru which was just an added touch of class and fun! What an amazing experience with Kris, who made sure every single thing went smoothly. I am in love with my Forester (which I’ve been driving for 2 months now). Our family has decided to always contact Kris first when we have other vehicle needs. More
