Our new sales rep, Bob G We have purchased 3 cars from Knauz BMW in the past and when we needed a new car it was an easy decision to return to Knauz. Our new sales rep, Bob Geisheker, was very patient and helpful with us as we took our time deciding what car we wanted. He patiently explained each of the options available along with cost, and made sure we understood all the financing options available. In the end we decided to lease a new 2016 X3. We're very happy with our decision. We were also pleased with the new (to us at least) BMW Genius service. Our BMW Genius, Brandon Helbig, went on test drives with us and explained all the features, and after we made our decision he worked with us for about an hour making sure we had the car set up the way we liked. He encouraged us to come back in the future with any questions. We highly recommend this dealership. More
