Called and spoke to Doug Mac Adam. He graciously told me to come in even though I live in Bridgewater and that he would get a Tech to stay and check to see if it was indeed the battery and possibly replace. Thank you Doug and Casey for your compassion and promptness in fixing my car. A battery was what it needed. Thanks again for making my day. More

The service was time efficient and all work was well-explained. I was even given a status update via phone from the service adviser. I was surprised to find that I was also provided with a few discounts to help lessen the bill. I felt like my experience at Smythe was like working with a dedicated partner. Since 1994. I have purchased three cars from Smythe Volvo, in 1994, 2004 and 2017, and the experience has been fantastic. Starting with purchasing my three cars from Chris Henriksen, to receiving great service from Tom Coward, Doug MacAdam and Tina Dewald, along with many others who I do not know by name, I can only say that I have been thrilled with the professional attention I have received during the past 23 years. The quality of the vehicles goes without saying. My 1994 Volvo, a wagon, was sold with over 200,000 miles, after traveling to California with my son and his young family. My 2004 Volvo, a cross country wagon, was recently sold with just under 155,000 miles. My latest recent purchase was a 2017 XC60. I am looking forward to driving my new car for at least 200,000 miles! The people who work at the Smythe Volvo Dealership can be described as professionals who pay careful attention to all details. What more could a consumer ask? More
