My husband and I had a really wonderful experience here at Nimnicht Buick GMC a couple of weeks ago! Our sales person, Ty Richmond, was absolutely amazing! Everyone who helped us through the whole process, at Nimnicht Buick GMC a couple of weeks ago! Our sales person, Ty Richmond, was absolutely amazing! Everyone who helped us through the whole process, was extremely kind, patient, thorough, and professional! We got a fantastic trade in amount that we were not expecting, and also got a great deal on our 2017 Certified pre-owned Chevy Equinox! Our payments were a little bit higher than we had planned, but with the GAP insurance and multiple extended Warranties, we felt the extra money every month, was well worth it! We have already told tons of family and friends about the phenomenal purchase we made here at Nimnicht Buick GMC and would absolutely consider buying from this dealership in the future, and recommend you to everyone else i know who may be in the market to buy a new/used vehicle! Oh, I feel that its worth mentioning, that after we bought the Equinox, I had made an observation and noticed, that because it had been a trade in, it did not come with an extra key. I mentioned this to Ty, and he confirmed that it did in fact, only have one key. Just a few days later, I was totally surprised by Ty, as he actually went out of his way to not only get us a second key fob, but even went the extra mile by delivering it to us personally!!! This was an incredible gesture of professionalism as well as just basic human kindness, and we were so appreciative!! We also loved the fresh baked chocolate chThanks so much to you all, but especially Ty Richmond, for getting us into the vehicle I've been wanting for 4 years now! It really was a dream come true! ❤ More

I just relocated from out of state. I had a small hole in the sidewall of my tire. Drew worked the warranty ASAP and had a replacement the next day. Unfortunately they sent the wrong size and once again Drew the sidewall of my tire. Drew worked the warranty ASAP and had a replacement the next day. Unfortunately they sent the wrong size and once again Drew came to the rescue and had yet another overnighted. I was pushed to the front when it came in and they detailed my truck for my troubles. He was in constant communication and updated me through the way. Couldn’t ask for better service. Based of this treatment alone I would highly recommend Drew for any issues that may arise. I will ask for him by name from now on. More

Bought a jeep less than a week ago. Noticed something was running funny so I took it into my trusted mechanics. There was bad breaks, oil leaks and a bad water pump. And told they would not fix the car. So now they refuse to fix the problems with the Jeep that they sold me and said passed inspection. Worse dealership and customers service. Will not recommend anyone to buy anything from this dealership. More

Drew Scott in Service is Exceptional! Super impressed. I had a small glitch with my BCM and got me in and out so that I can continue with my job.
