New Century Honda was wonderful! Joey was so patient and helpful, esp. b/c I was a 1st time buyer and SUPER nervous, but he made the process easier and less intimidating. Car buying experience initially was great. Drew and Omar were easy to deal with. After purchasing the car, it all went down hill. I was misled/misinformed about their pre-installed alarm system. When comfro were easy to deal with. After purchasing the car, it all went down hill. I was misled/misinformed about their pre-installed alarm system. When comfronted about it, took them over a month to get back to me (Only after elevating it up to Honda Corporate). Then I never received a call back to correct the situation. I was lied to and they stole my $1,000. My family, my friends, and I will NEVER do business with them again. More
