I've been working with General Motors as of August of 1979. Began my Career in the Janitorial and Prep side of the business at a Buick Dealership in Barrington, Illinois. I've worked my way up through the Body Shop, Quick Lube, Technician Apprenticeship, Parts Counter, Service Writer and then into Management of the Parts & Service Departments. Enjoying much success in all aspects of Dealership life. Even selling vehicles on days we had Special Events. In retrospect I've come to love what I do and the daily interactions with our Guests. Martin Chevrolet is a Dealership that has become my most prize position. We at Martin are a family, our every thought while providing "World Class Service" for our Guests is of compassion and that of solidarity for that purpose completely satisfying our them in every area of our Dealership.

I bought a used truck from Joel. The two maintenance concerns I had about the mileage were addressed before even seeing the truck. The truck is certified pre-owned and came with additional warranty beyo concerns I had about the mileage were addressed before even seeing the truck. Simple and easy purchase When I brought my previously purchased vehicle from this dealership (2008 Grand Cherokee Laredo) in for an oil change (204,000+miles on odometer with When I brought my previously purchased vehicle from this dealership (2008 Grand Cherokee Laredo) in for an oil change (204,000+miles on odometer with most of the servicing at this dealership) I noticed a 2017 Grand Cherokee Laredo on the lot and went to my original salesman, Edward Mouton, and we went for a test drive on Saturday February 1. Because I had two family events to attend, suggested I would be back when completed and at approximately 2:45 that afternoon placed a deposit and started paperwork in a 15 minute window. Returned Monday, February 3, and in two 15 minute windows during the day completed the paperwork (work schedule required this procedure) and at 7:00 PM finished final paperwork with James Dunn in under an hour including delivery of the Vehicle with Edward Mouton. If it had not been for Ed doing the detail work and the resources of James this would have been more complicated. I have been with this dealership since August, 2015 and it has been a very pleasant experience. More
