This is the third Subaru we've purchased from Dean Subaru. We keep coming back not only because the cars are great, but the customer service has been outstanding as well. This was especially true for Subaru. We keep coming back not only because the cars are great, but the customer service has been outstanding as well. This was especially true for Steve Hirsch and Phil Dean. Steve is very personable and provides information rather than a sales pitch. Phil came over to congratulate us on our purchase and they both followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and offer any help we might need. I'd recommend both Subaru and the Dean Team to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Dean Team's service drpartment has always been super helpful, patient, and courteous. They explain everything to me so that I understand it. The whole atmosphere in this dealership was warm and peaceful. Walter was extremely patient and we had some very specific needs in a vehicle to accommodate some health issues.
