And kudos to the dealership in providing complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate, as well as a very comfortable waiting area.
There were 2 issues on my recall, and both were mitigated in this visit, although I would not have complained if I had to come back and work with Dwayne again!
I don't see Marie's name in the list. She answered the phone and helped me to set up my appointment. She also was a pleasure to work with.
