We just bought our fourth in 15 years from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. We didn't want to be buying in early 2022 with vehicle demand high and supply constrained, but suddenly our remaining non-Toyota had a Falls Toyota. We didn't want to be buying in early 2022 with vehicle demand high and supply constrained, but suddenly our remaining non-Toyota had a catastrophic failure and we were needing a reliable car ASAP. I texted the salesperson who handled our previous purchase and he got back to us promptly with our options. We made our choice, and six weeks later, we drove away in a new car that fully met our requirements, at a fair price, with minimum hassle. More

Form day one I am not happy with their services and products. First I was told the inters per month will cost me around $100. It is more more than $185. The way it was explained to that interest is calculated monthly so but is daily. The rate of interest is crazy too. (Even though I have perfect Credit score.) Dylan told me the Toyota rate is high for that model but still it is too much as compare to Honda or any other bank. When I received the delivery the mudguards and remote starter was not installed. I understand it was a short notice but still dealership has more than two week to order the pars and 18hrs to get it installed. When I was making the appointment I was given more than two weeks of wait because I want to do it Friday. They installed the cheapest possible remote starter. Which the manager was agreed to come down for $500 to $350. But I did not expected that cheap quality. I mentioned two concerns two weeks in advance so those can be checked 1. Some time Remote do not work. (It did not worked when Keth checked it). He just change the battery on the car remote 2. While I was there I pointed out the tire pressure is not correct. Instead of fixing it I was told it doesn’t make a difference. 3. I mentioned my mileage with full charge is between 25 to 30 miles instead of 45miles The answer I got “ go online and fine out of others has the same issue. Or May be there is a group who is addressing this issue “ Next day warning messages came up on the dashboard “Hybrid malfunction contact dealer” I contacted sales person send him a text and on his reply sent the picture of message on Saturday 11:10am now it is Monday 4:35pm but no response yet. Toyota finance is a mess too. I wanted to confirm the payment I made so I can make more payments Not only they reduced work hours but also it take 20 min to 45min of hold time before someone answer the call So far I met only one person at the dealership who was willing to help in a professional way and that is Mr. Patel. It is the start I don’t know how it goes further More

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Was greeted by salesman upon entering the showroom and did not have to wait. Well stocked inventory! It was very busy with a lot of people in the showroom that day but my salesman Kurt Kuehsel was incredibly patient with me as I was very particular in what I was looking for in a car. He worked with me to get me into a car that best suited my needs and I was quite pleased when I drove away! I would recommend Kurt and DCH to any of my family or friends. The other two gentlemen who I dealt with, Pinkal and Dylan were equally friendly, knowledgeable and patient!! Thank you all for your service! More
