Overall positive experience. Melissa was great. I noticed minutes after leaving the lot there was a chip in the door. I was disappointed that this resulted in having to bring the car back to have it noticed minutes after leaving the lot there was a chip in the door. The whole car buying experience was excellent. Our salesperson Avi was excellent with negotiating the new SUV price and with my trade-in.
