Dylan sat down with my dad and I and walked me through the financing steps and what would be best for ME financially. I was kind of nervous and was glad that he was helping me see the realistic side of getting my credit up and financing on my own without my dad as a co-signer. He picked a few cars out for us to look at in my price range and handed us into Holly's hands. She was amazing. She showed us a range of options for test drive. She was supportive in the decision that I made even though my dad liked the other car(hahha). During the loan process she was careful to explain all the steps while walking me through this very important financial decision. She was there with me through it all up until the final signature when she happily handed me the keys to my new(to me) car with a smile and a hug. I highly recommend Holly if you are looking to buy a new car with no pressure. She took an often anxiety ridden and scary process and treated us/me with compassion and honesty. More

I hate writing reviews I didn't realize a review was needed for a survey. Alright. Well...initially i hadn't planned on a sedan, but the trunk was surprisingly large so I t I didn't realize a review was needed for a survey. Alright. Well...initially i hadn't planned on a sedan, but the trunk was surprisingly large so I test drove the vehicle thinking ok...but it won't be for me. I didn't think much about it the first day or so. Then the next evening I thought, that was a very freaking nice vehicle and maybe I will reconsider as it would be nice to have something new (which I had never done in my life regarding a car. I am into buying property so the thought of a car that depreciates was not in my financial plan as a good idea.) I liked the idea of not worrying about maintenance, plus have been wanting something with all the new safety features. After several days of thought, (you would probably call it rationalization....I thought, well, its' perhaps time I finally rewarded myself for all the hard work I had done all my life, look at the all the young kids that can't afford new cars driving them around, my shrink said I needed to have more self love. What a great way to say I love you self? ) thinking about the benefits of a lease, ended up doing it and I really love the car. It is very awesome. The problem is it has so many things, that I can't remember them all, like where the heater control is for the steering wheel so I need to look at the book. More

My wife and I thought we were going to purchase a 2016 Toyata Camry, we decided to stop by Lithia Hyundai to "just look". The "just looking" turned into purchasing a 2016 Sonata. My wife loved the car, with its many features, great warranty, and exceptional safety standards. Working directly with Dylan and Pete, made the purchasing process so easy, haggle free! I didn't feel like I purchased a car from a "car dealership", I felt I purchased a car from a friend who happens to be an expert on great cars, Hyundais'. Also, Ronnie Knight receives an honorable mention. When we were waiting on some paperwork to be completed, he shared with us his opinion on how great the Sonata is and answered a few questions. I rate our overall experience at Lithia Hyundai as positively exceptional, I owe that to Dylan and Pete. More

I had sent a couple people to them before because I heard they were awesome. Anyways, it was a hassle just getting through the loan process because of my pay stubs not matching my employer, but Cody was really patient and worked with me while I tried to get things taken care of. Cody was extremely helpful in coming to pick me up and drop me off while I was without a vehicle just so that we were actually able to sit down at the dealership and go over stuff. David was really helpful with getting me a warranty and explaining contract terms to where I was surprised I was able to leave with no questions. Dylan's done a super job with his sales group and is such a great man. He made it a point to check in and make sure everything went as expected and made sure I was happy with the outcome, which I was. Unlike a lot of the other dealerships I've been to in Reno, these guys actually care about their customers. More
