It was a great experience from the moment I walked in. Robert and I had been communicating for my M3 order and it came out perfect, he set the appointment to meet with Bobby to finalize paperwork- that al Robert and I had been communicating for my M3 order and it came out perfect, he set the appointment to meet with Bobby to finalize paperwork- that also went smooth. Of course, that was after sitting in my new car with Dylan who went over all the features and helped me set up the BMW mobile app on my phone as well. I will definitely be going back when I get a next car. Hopefully custom built again! Thank you guys. More

I had the best car purchasing experience. His knowledge, responsiveness and most importantly, his way of communicating with me made the decision to become a Rallye customer a no-brained. Robert immediately made me feel like a person he has known for a long time. He made the whole process of buying my new X5 a smooth and wonderful experience. We handled everything over the phone and he took care of every single detail for me, from submitting documents from my trade-in vehicle, to switch the new car over to my insurance policy, and even down to setting me up with the BMW app. His attention to detail is simply phenomenal. Robert is a true professional. I had to say this is by far the BEST experience I ever had with purchasing a vehicle.
