The scheduling for the detailing service was not done correctly. We were told the detiling service was going to be an hour. When my wife dropped off the car she was told the service did not get schedul correctly. We were told the detiling service was going to be an hour. When my wife dropped off the car she was told the service did not get scheduled and the it would take 3 hours. I know you don't typically sell VW's, but this is a BMW seller, so luxury is implied and we did not get that type of service. More

My fiancé and I dealt with a few people during our buying process, but everyone was on the same page which made the process stress-free. Jerome was our first point of contact. When we arrived, he was busy with another customer, but he's been expecting us and let us know that Q would be assisting us from there. Q helped us the majority of the time and he was very courteous and informative. Never once did we feel pressured, rather we felt they went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. We felt confident we were making the right choice in going with this dealer as opposed to another option we were considering. From start to finish, the experience we had with Niello BMW Elk Grove was an A+! I look forward to doing business with them in the future and will highly recommend them to friends and family. More

I am not a fan of spending time at dealerships so we do our research in advance of arrival in hopes that the car buying process goes quickly and smoothly.
