I went in Fri talked to Woffard & I find one I love, so take it home talk to hubby, hubby drives it, we come back & start the process again. The Nissan Rogue....oh so nice, so comfy, so clean, so all I wanted!!!! Ed the paperwork guy mentioned an extended warranty w/ Bradshaw & we were able to get bumper to bumper & everything in between & more for only 45 more than the KIA w/o the extras!!! We are very happy with everyone there, even Ryan in Collision Center was helpful 'cuz that's where our KIA ended up at due to insurance company, so it was a very easy process Thanks guys for making things easy, taking your time with me & getting us a great deal!!!! More

He spoke quietly, was eager to answer all our questions even if he had to ask someone else (rather than bluffing his way through the answer or lying) and was very, very friendly. We felt that we could totally trust him. Our two Finance Managers, Ed Donald and Ernest Jones, treated us with respect and provided us with workable solutions to financing our car and truck using the many options available. We have been extra pleased with Howard Bush, our Service Consultant. I know nothing about automobiles other than how to drive them and have depended on Howard for eight years to be HONEST, knowledgeable, helpful and always going the extra mile to insure that our vehicle was safe to drive. I totally TRUST Floyd and Howard, which is something not very often said of car dealership personnel. More
