Friendly staff Service advisor Caedan did an excellent job. He deserves a raise! I have a bone to pick with the guy that tightened my antenna mast too tight . I hand tighten it when I do it but I couldn't get it off. I used my pliers to get it off and ended scratching it all up. Please tell them to hand tighten it only. I had the same problem when the dealership was Plaza GMC. More

Staff is fantastic and also gets you in and out quickly. Entire staff is always friendly and they have a great waiting room with a TV and provide fresh homemade cookies, coffee and water for waiting. Great sale experience! Great car salesman! Sam Wilcoxson did a great job as my salesman! Most of all he’s likeable! I was in sales myself and strongly believe that people still buy from people we like! But more than that he was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions mostly right away or quickly as soon as he looked up the. answers. Also, it didn’t hurt that you had a terrific deal on the Buick Encore at the time with the color and features I wanted. I was and still am very satisfied. There are a lot of new features that weren’t available on my old Buick (a 2001 LeSabre, so I’m still learning about all the features. Again, Sam Wilcoxson was great! Lynn Allen More
